Hello, I'm Suella, founder of NOOR16.
I was brought up in a multicultural family, learning many different ways of living life.
Noor means light in my father's language. 16 represents three generations of women in my family, my mother, my daughter and me, all born on the 16th.
Through NOOR 16 I bring together interiors, property project coordination, home staging and optional Feng Shui, helping clients create spaces that feel considered, individual and genuinely connected to the people who live within them.
How My Heart Was Built
For over two decades my career has centred around one thing: people.
My journey began in the hair industry, progressing from trainee to stylist, manager and ultimately salon owner. Five salons, and more than eighty people whose ambitions and strengths I had the privilege of helping to shape. Leadership, creativity and bringing out the best in people became central to who I am.
Above all, my greatest achievement is being a mother to my four children. Motherhood has taught me more about patience, resilience and growth than any professional role ever could.
Homes are far more than bricks and mortar. They are where relationships grow, memories are made and lives unfold, and creating spaces that support the people living within them will always remain at the heart of what I do.
